Extra chargeable entries, such as breakfast and extra beds, can be easily added to invoices.
ALAVEX can even cope with a variation of tax percentages. Any VAT changes, such as those depending on the length of stay, are taken into account. For example, in the UK the first 28 days are charged at 20% VAT then falls to a lower amount. This is automatically identified by the system. Similarly, VAT exempt residential agreements can be managed within the system, which also includes automatically generated contracts and terms and conditions for each type of agreement.
