Web-based Property Management System (PMS) for Serviced Apartments links back-office with website bookings.
London UK, 31 March 2012 – ALAVEX has launched a web-based software package for the serviced apartments sector which promises to be affordable, flexible, scalable and easy-to-use, with 24 hour help and support.
You can access the system from any internet-enabled device, wherever you may be and there is no software to download, backup or update. The rates are completely transparent and the property management system can be adapted to any size of business, with unlimited user accessibility. The interface system is intuitive and requires minimal training, with online support 24/7. Integration with channel manager software and on-line agents is possible at no extra charge.
Chief Executive of ALAVEX, Mr. Pankaj Patel believes his product is launching at just the right time: “The serviced apartment market has matured to an incredible extent over the past decade. In fact, the speed of growth and fragmentation into several short-stay models has meant that existing software packages, primarily adaptations from the hotel and villa markets, do not work as well as a bespoke, cost-effective serviced apartments package. We believe we are the first.”
