The Team behind ALAVEX is in property management too, just like you. When we couldn’t find PMS software that did everything we wanted it to, we built it ourselves.

We’re proud that ALAVEX is affordable and efficient for all kinds of properties. It’s been thoroughly tried and tested to provide all the functionality you might need.

We’re keen to offer exceptional quality of service and customer support. If you require any additional features, we’re happy to tailor the software to suit you. Integration with your existing systems and further development is usually provided free of charge.

ALAVEX is a UK-based company so the software currently operates in English, but we have plans to launch it in other languages in due course.

Pankaj Patel (CEO)

With 15 years in the service industry, primarily working in the IT and hospitality industries and as an owner and managing agent of properties, he realised that there was no system that could handle the intricacies involved in different types of accommodation business.

Using his experience, he developed and launched the ALAVEX Solutions Property Management System, which he has used for many years.

Hardik Patel (Business Development Manager)

After graduating with a BBA in Hospitality, he has expanded his practical knowledge internationally, including India, USA and UK, from 5-star hotels to serviced apartments. With years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has become familiar with many software solutions and PMSs.

As an experienced user of ALAVEX Solutions, he has first-hand experience of the benefits to accommodation providers.

Now, as BDM, he enjoys bringing all these advantages to other organisations. He promises to personally ensure that all customers are looked after throughout the relationship.
